Why create a group?
- Organize athletes by team, level, or age so rosters stay easy to manage.
- Send an announcement once and reach every athlete and parent in the group.
- Every group gets its own thread. No more one-off direct messages for team updates.
- Need finer breakdowns? Create subgroups within a group (e.g. by level or age); each gets its own roster and thread too.
- Guardians of any minor athlete you add are automatically included, so nobody's parent is missed.

Welcome Message
Sent automatically as a message thread to every new parent (and their athlete) when they join the club.
No welcome message set — new families won't receive one automatically.

Controls whether parents can start a direct conversation with a coach, and who's automatically included for oversight.
Family Invite Link
Share this link with parents. They'll create their own account and add their athletes.
Regenerating creates a new link and invalidates the old one.

Invite Your Coaches
Add your coaching staff so they can create training groups and message athletes. Each coach gets their own secure login.
Share the Family Invite Link
Parents can register themselves using your club's unique link. No manual entry needed. Share it on your website, in an email blast, or post it in a group chat.
Set Up Training Groups
Groups organize athletes by team, age, or skill level. Each group automatically gets its own announcement thread for coaches to broadcast messages. You or your coaches can create them at any time.
Meet Your Groups
Your club admin has assigned you to one or more training groups. Head to Groups to see your roster and send announcements: every group has its own dedicated thread.
Message Athletes Safely
Every athlete has a private, compliant thread. When you message a minor, their parent is automatically included. No setup needed on your end. Find your athletes in the Athletes tab.
You're Always in the Loop
TeamGuard is built around transparency: no coach can privately message your child without you included. You're automatically added to every conversation that involves your athlete, so nothing goes unseen.

Install TeamGuard on your phone for notifications the moment a coach messages you, so you won't need to check the website. Sign in with the password you just created.
