Invite Your Coaches
Add your coaching staff so they can create training groups and message athletes. Each coach gets their own secure login.
Share the Family Invite Link
Parents can register themselves using your club's unique link — no manual entry needed. Share it on your website, in an email blast, or post it in a group chat.
Set Up Training Groups
Groups organize athletes by team, age, or skill level. Each group automatically gets its own announcement thread for coaches to broadcast messages. You or your coaches can create them at any time.
Meet Your Groups
Your club admin has assigned you to one or more training groups. Head to Groups to see your roster and send announcements — every group has its own dedicated thread.
Message Athletes Safely
Every athlete has a private, SafeSport-compliant thread. When you message a minor, their parent is automatically included — no setup needed on your end. Find your athletes in the Athletes tab.
You're Always in the Loop
TeamGuard is SafeSport-compliant — no coach can privately message your child without you included. You're automatically added to every conversation that involves your athlete, so nothing goes unseen.
Check Your Messages
All threads involving your child appear in Messages. You can read the full conversation history and reply directly — keeping communication with coaches easy and on the record.
